Our Full MLS® Service listing is where we handle all of the details and services from start to finish for you. Our low, discount real estate commission fee is only 2.75% of the sale price and includes a buyer agent fee of 2%. No upfront payment, payable only upon the successful sale of the property.

 

We will list your property on the National MLS® as well as the local MLS®  & Viewpoint giving your property huge exposure to thousands of potential buyers and agents.

Flat Rate Realty Canada can help you save thousands of dollars in real estate fees. Most traditional Real Estate companies charge a commission of 5% or more of the sale price of your house. We do not.

 

The following is an Example of Savings you can achieve using our Flat Rate Realty Canada MLS® Full Service Low cost commission package:

 

Assuming a property sells for $300,000 and the seller agrees to  a typical 5% commission. The commission paid to sell your property would be $17,250 including HST.

 

In this example,Flat Rate Realty Canada charges only 2.75% plus HST with no upfront fees, to list your property on the MLS® and handle all of the details of the sale. Our  fee of 2.75% includes a buyer agent commission of  2% of the selling price, the total cost to you would be $9487.50 including  HST.
